Wesley Strader

Wesley grew up in the Eagle Furnace community of Rockwood, TN. He has been fascinated with fish for as long as he can remember. As a little boy, he made hooks out of needles and used sewing line to catch minnows out of the creek. Later, Wesley was the president of the fishing club at Rockwood High School. After Roane State Community College and a near fatal accident while working for TVA, Wesley decided to devote his career to fishing and participated in his first FLW event in 1997. Almost twenty years later, with 35 FLW event top 10 finishes and 3 FLW event wins, Wesley is still pursuing his dream and his passion as a BASS and FLW Series Pro. Wesley is a Fish Head!

Rick Steckleberg

Rick Steckleberg is the original owner of Sworming Hornet Lures and the inventor of the Fish Head Spin™. Rick grew up playing all kinds of sports but his passion was fishing. He began fishing local tournaments at a young age and found great success. Being very creative, Rick would often see needs in the fishing industry that were not being met. This is what led Rick to develop the Original Fish Head Spin™. When he couldn't find a high quality underspin developed for bass fishing he set out to create it. The Original Fish Head Spin™ was born. Rick built and managed the business for over 12 years while continuing to fish as many of the local, regional, and national tournament trails as he could make time for. Rick still fishes tournaments today and is actively involved in developing many new products for the fishing industry. Rick is a Fish Head!

Troy Morrow

From his earliest years, Troy has been fishing, first in a pond outside his grandparents's home in Ohio with occasional trips to Lake Erie. Moving to Georgia when he was 9 years old only increased his passion for fishing. While still too young to drive, Troy fished any water he could reach by bike, Creeks, ponds, rivers; anything was fair game. Now, living in Eastonalle, GA just 10 minutes from Lake Hartwell, Troy spends much of his time fishing tournaments around the country or on one of the lakes in this area.

He says the most satisfying thng about fishing is figuring out the puzzle for the day,. Ask Troy and he will tell you to "think like a fish" and the only way to do that is to spend time fishing, developing your instinct.

Troy's father, Dan Morrow, Toccoa, GA also an avid fisherman, fueled Troy's Passion for fishing when he was young and now can often be found fishing with Troy on practice days. Sara, Troy's wife, is his biggest fan and believes in him completely. Troy's daughters, Gabrielle and Isabella love to fish with daddy but prefer catching crappies, they bite faster and aren't so big!

Glen Chappelear

Chappelear, an ordained minister, grew up fishing for catfish near Greenville, S.C. Now residing in Acworth, Ga., Chappelear has fished the FLW Tour every year since 2001. Glenn has been married to his wife for almost 20 years, and they currently have three children.
