At SHL Lures we manufacture high quality lures for our customers. We stand behind all of our products and want to ensure that you get a consistent high quality product every time you purchase. If you believe that your product is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect please email us at info@fishheadspin.com and let us know about the problem to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Along with this RMA #, please send us the damaged product to the address below, ATTN: RETURNS. If there is in fact a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you.
